If classic cars are your passion, experience some late summer days in the Heart of England, taking in the Goodwood Revival. You have the option of travelling with your own classic car or hiring one of ours from our London dealership and assenbling at the Nutfield Priory Hotel in Surrey.
This makes an excellent base to discover the English countryside and soak in the beauty of the landscape and enjoy the amenities of our hand picked hotels. This car-themed holiday takes in the Coltwolds Motor Museum, the Morgan Motors car production plant, Haynes Museum and Beaulieu, all must-visit spots for the classic car enthusiasts. The tour covers the Cotswolds, Somerset, Wiltshire, Dorset and the New Forest before culminating in the Goodwood Revival days. Here the Duke of Richmond welcomes you to classic car racing’s most important event on the old race track near Chichester.
The tour runs as follows:
Sunday:
You pick up your classic car and travel individually to the Nutfield Priory Hotel near Redhill. Meet and greet at the hotel.
Monday:
Touring via Windsor to Cliveden House for a light lunch. In the afternoon heading to the Cotswolds. Staying for 2 nights at the Slaughters Country Inn.
Tuesday:
Visit of the Morgan Motor Company un Malvern / Gloucestershire. In the afternoon Cotswolds tour: Burton-on-the-Water, Stow-on-the Wolds etc.
Wednesday:
Drive through Dorset and Wiltshire to the New Forest. Stopover at Hayne`s Motor Museum. Stay at the Rhinefield House.
Tuesday:
Visit of the National Motor Motor museum Beaulieu. Then heading to Haslemere, your base for the Revival.
Friday:
Practice day at the Goodwood circuit.
Saturday:
Racing day at the Goodwood circuit.
